By using this website or booking a service with LucXie, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Nature of Services

LucXie provides Spiritual & Life Consulting, emotional guidance, and alignment sessions.
These services are supportive and guidance-based, not medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Booking & Payment

​

  • Sessions must be paid in full before the consultation begins.

  • Payment methods will be provided directly (e.g., bank transfer, Juice, Revolut, etc.).

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment.

 

3. Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Being open & cooperative during sessions

  • Understanding that outcomes may vary

 

4. No Guarantees

While sessions provide insight and clarity, no specific outcome is guaranteed, as results depend on individual circumstances, free will, and personal choices.

5. Confidentiality

​

All information shared is kept private and confidential, except where required by law.

​

6. Use of  Website

You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or communication systems.

7. Age Requirement

​

Services are available only to individuals 18 years and older.

​

8. Right to Refuse Service

​

LucXie reserves the right to decline service to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, or misaligned with the work.

09. Online-Only Consultations (with Exceptions)

​

LucXie primarily offers services exclusively online, including all clarity sessions, guidance consultations, emotional alignment work, and support programs.

Physical or in-person appointments are not offered by default.
However, a physical meeting may be arranged ONLY if:

  1. The client makes a formal request, AND

  2. The request is reviewed and personally accepted by LucXie, AND

  3. A mutually agreed location, date, and time are confirmed in writing.

LucXie reserves full discretion to accept or decline any request for a physical appointment.

No physical visits should be assumed unless a written confirmation is provided.

10. Communication & Support Team

​

When contacting LucXie via WhatsApp or any digital platform, clients may be assisted either by Lucie directly or by trained assistants who help manage scheduling, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
All guidance sessions, consultations, and alignment work are completed only by Lucie.

11. Professional Conduct of Assistants

​

Assistants involved in communication or coordination:

  • Do not perform consultations or sessions

  • Are bound by strict confidentiality requirements

  • Only relay messages or manage organisation of bookings

  • ​

12. Changes to Terms

​​

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the revisions.
