To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, LucXie maintains the following refund policy:
 

1. No Refunds Once Work Begins

Once a session has started, or once a consultant has begun preparing your session, no refunds are available.
 

2. Prayers & Alignment Work Are Non-Refundable
 

No prayers, alignment sessions, or energy work are refundable once performed, as energy invested cannot be retrieved or reversed.
 

3. Payment Timing Policy
 

If payment is not completed at least 2 hours before the appointment, the session is automatically cancelled, and no refund is provided.
 

4. Question Consultation Policy
 

• Questions must be sent on time at the appointment.

• If not sent, the session is considered null and void, with no refund.

• Rescheduling is only possible if requested 1 hour before the appointment time.
   

5. Missed Sessions
 

• Clients who miss a scheduled session without notice are considered no-shows, and the session is counted as completed.

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
   

6. Incorrect Booking

If you booked the wrong service, you may request a correction before the session begins.
 

7. All Payments Are Final

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable.
